Today’s breweries are not the industrial, utilitarian places they used to be. Now, they often have a tasting room where customers to sit and enjoy their favorite brews with friends. And many also have a bottle shop where visitors can pick up some of the rarer cans and bottles to take home with them.
Many breweries choose to lean into their manufacturing heritage, relying on wood and industrial metal to decorate their tasting rooms. But there’s no rule declaring that all breweries must follow this formula. Just as there are untold numbers of beer varieties on the market, so can there be plenty of unique brewery styles. Just make sure to include plenty of seating and where customers can relax with their favorite IPA, porter, or lager.
